Job Summary

The Marketing & Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for managing all marketing-related inventory, fulfillment and associated budgets—collaborating with Marketing, Sales and other cross-functional teams to understand business needs; maintaining up-to-date inventory lists & levels; and ordering new products & supplies, as needed. This role also lends expertise to support Marketing Communications through Marketing CRM list maintenance, lead imports, and email campaign deployments. The Specialist will coordinate with external vendors and agencies on invoices and meetings, among other duties.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Fulfillment Duties – 50%

  • Marketing Support Materials Management—maintain up-to-date master list and inventory levels of all marketing support materials onsite and offsite with fulfillment vendors, including reorders, restocking, and preordering for upcoming commercial needs.
  • Sales Samples Coordination—coordinate with Customer Service Team, Sales and Marketing to build & execute efficient sample request process that includes fulfillment, tracking, and CRM visibility.
  • Product Sample Kit Management—responsible for ordering and maintaining sales sample kits and trade show displays, including developing new kits & displays supporting new product launches.
  • Trade Show Booth Inventory Management—support Event Planner in the maintenance, tracking, and ordering of booth supplies, as required for events.
  • CPC Employee Store Management—coordinate CPC-branded apparel and accessories with Marketing and HR and outside retail vendor(s), manage online inventory, budgets, and reordering/stocking.
  • Budget Tracking—assist Marketing team and leadership with budgets and project costs associated with inventory, fulfillment and other marketing projects. Track, report on and accountable for project costs as a whole and as part of a larger budget.
  • Vendor & Agency Invoice Coordination—responsible for coordinating, filing, accruing and reconciling the receipt and submission of external partner SOWs, POs and invoices with Marketing and Finance.

Marketing Duties – 45%

  • CRM Marketing List Management—build and maintain active & static marketing lists for a variety of targeted marketing & nurture campaigns.
  • CRM Lead Importation—responsible for formatting and importing leads into CRM, generated through offline events and media campaigns.
  • CRM Email Campaign Management—set-up, test and deploy email campaigns, as assigned through Marketing Communications strategies and objectives.
  • Agency Meeting Coordination—assist in scheduling team and project meetings with external partners and/or agencies, as well coordinating meeting set-up needs.
  • Sales Enablement Asset Management—maintain and communicate the most up-to-date versions of sales enablement tools, including presentations, sample kits, and other collateral.

 

Other Duties – 5%

  • Adhere to all safety regulations.

Required Education and/or Experience:

  • 2-4+ years marketing-related work experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • CRM and lead retrieval software experience, preferred.
  • Experience with B2B business model, a plus.

 

Travel Requirements:

  • ~5% travel
