Roles & Responsibilities:

1: Engage with internal teams to comprehensively understand product and documentation requirements. Analyze content for potential reuse opportunities, prioritizing translations judiciously. Create intuitive and user-friendly UI text, online help, and developer guides.

2: Maintain document version control using appropriate tools. Proactively update documentation to align with project scope changes.

3: Conduct thorough peer reviews to ensure document quality. Coordinate with various teams for content input and reviews to ensure comprehensive product documentation. Lead the development of documentation processes and procedural improvements as needed.

4: Participate actively in daily SCRUM meetings and SDLC activities. Develop end-user manuals in various formats including Word, HTML, and PDF. Create engaging video tutorials and feature overviews.

5: Enhance Chatbots or Virtual Assistants with comprehensive usage information and troubleshooting guidance. Utilize content creation tools such as Madcap, Camtasia, or similar software proficiently. Demonstrate excellent English language skills, both spoken and written. Effectively collaborate with engineering, product management, and training departments to achieve documentation goals

Must Have Skills:

Written and Oral English

HTML, PDF generation tools for content development

VDO editing tools such as Camtasia

Madcap Flare, MS Office suite, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, JIRA
