Dover Business Services Cebu is looking for professionals with background in the following to join us this year:

• Accounts Payable Analyst: Manage and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
• Accounts Receivable Analyst: Oversee the billing and collection process. Reconcile customer accounts and address any issues or discrepancies. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams for effective credit control.
• General Ledger Accountant: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes. Generate financial reports and assist with financial analysis.
• Tax Assurance Professional: Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations. Conduct tax research and provide guidance on tax planning. Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop and analyze financial models to support business decision-making. Prepare budget forecasts and variance analysis. Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights.
• Financial Professionals with work experience in Shared Service Setting.

Qualifications & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management or related field.
• With at least 2 years' work experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/End to End General Ledger/Taxation/Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Proficient computer skills including excellent Microsoft Excel experience (SharePoint a plus).
• Previous experience in Oracle system, SAP and other ERP system.
• PowerBI experience is a plus.
