Job Title:        Channel Manager

Location:        Conyers, GA             

 

What we’re looking for:

 

We are looking for a sales/marketing professional to identify, develop and expand sales channels within our industry while fostering an environment of collaboration, mutual growth and knowledge.

 

What you’ll be responsible for in this role:

 

  • Proactively identifying, developing and expanding channel partners within our industry
  • Establishing professional relationships with key members of channel partners
  • Coordinating new partner on-boarding with key internal support functions
  • Establishing mutual performance objectives, financial targets and key milestones with channel partners and sales
  • Assessing partner needs and driving to meet those needs through internal coordination of resources (product / process development and improvement, training, customer engagement)
  • Ensuring adherence to partner agreements, company terms and conditions and company values
  • Managing potential partner conflicts through enforcement of channel rules of engagement
  • Developing effective incentives to drive mutual growth and working with channel partners and sales to develop effective growth strategies
  • Creating mutual accountability by creating and continuous monitoring key metrics and performance indicators

 

What are the basic qualifications?

 

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • 3-5 years growing an omni-channel network of partners
  • 2-3 years sales experience OR 2-3 years product management
  • Advanced level Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Vizio)

 

What are the preferred qualifications?

 

  • MBA
  • 2-3 years industry experience (commercial refrigeration)
  • 2-3 years experience in digital tool development / deployment
