Job Title:        Inside Sales Representative – CAG  

Location:        Sylmar, CA

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a highly motivated customer service professional to join our Customer Experience team. This role is based out of Anthony’s, Sylmar office building. Typical weekly schedule will be Monday – Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. This team member will report directly into the Customer Experience Supervisor.

What you’ll be responsible for in this role:

• Build and maintain relationships with all internal and external clients
• Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external clients
• Initiate presale tasks as it relates to product knowledge, quoting, and order entry
• Follow through post shipment customer experience
• Maintain customer pricing and specifications in the customer database
• Support sales managers and commissioned representatives with quoting and processing order needs

What are the basic qualifications?

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of customer service or sales experience

What are the preferred qualifications?

• Associates degree or Bachelors degree preferred

To be a great fit for the role:

• First and foremost, proven customer service mindset
• Focus on details to enhance the customer service experience
• Ability to read basic drawings
• Values professional working relationships, internally and externally
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (excel, outlook, word, teams)
• Previous experience with AS400 and other mainframe systems is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus
• Comfortable working through multiple priorities
• Must be a team player and ability to work cross-functionally
