Your role
This is a new role in Advansor, joining the application team you will be our new ERP Application Specialist in the Application team, with direct reference to the IT Director and close collaboration with the finance and operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver direct business impact through digitalization by making our order operations scalable and ready for future growth.

Your initial task will be part of the strategic project to transitioning from Navision to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in close collaboration with our ERP Project Manager, the implementation partner and a cross-functional project teams with stream leads and subject matter experts. Further you will be responsible for facilitating maintenance and support of our current ERP system Navision until go live of the new ERP. Your role will be a broad role combining the product owner and solution architecture role.

Main tasks

• Participate in a key role in the implementation of Dynamics 365 Dynamics and Operations.
• Manage and maintain ERP and related applications used within the organization.​
• Continuously identify and implement improvements to the applications to optimize business processes.​
• Coordinate customization and configuration of customer relevant applications together with vendors and ensure both process and technical documentation.​
• Ensure scalable and stable solution architecture and integrations with other applications.​
• Deliver in-house 2nd level support for ERP and related applications.
• Collaborate with application suppliers and relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to Advansor IT and Digitalization strategy​
• Lead and/or support IT and Digitalization project deliveries.
• Continuously assist in assessing and reducing IT security risks.​

Your Qualifications

We imagine that you are a former or current SCM Consultant or architect in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations at an ERP implementation partner, and you have the ambition of being responsible for ERP in a manufacturing company. You could have a relevant IT education, but main focus is your experience and personality. It would be a big plus if you have previous experience with implementation of ERP in a manufacturing company both having design and assembly focus. Experience with configure-to-order processes would be an extra plus.

You are solution-oriented and eager to deliver value to your stakeholders. You manage to balance patience for resistance and perseverance to deliver change. Being structured, goal- and action-oriented and thriving in a creating structure and progress in a dynamic fast paced growth company is essential for success.

You should be interested in being a part of and contribute to a committed team and thrive in an informal atmosphere with a varied working day.
