IT Administrator for Production Company

Advansor is looking for an experienced IT Administrator to become a part of an international team driven by finding the best customer solutions and delivering world class quality

Your role

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our IT & Digitalization department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring the stability and security of our network systems in collaboration with Dover IT.

The IT Administrator will oversee IT infrastructure, network and support services while maintaining daily collaboration with Dover IT. This role includes responsibility for hardware purchases and phone system administration.

Main tasks

The successful candidate will monitor and maintain network/servers and implement security protocols in coordination with Dover IT. You will upgrade, install and configure new hardware and software solutions to meet company objectives, as well as create and maintain user accounts with Azure AD management.

Your IT support responsibilities will span multiple levels, including ensuring secure 1st level support through IT supporter supervision, delivering 2nd level technical support, supplying infrastructure and network support for company projects, and managing access control systems.

Additional responsibilities include documenting IT processes, maintaining data backup and archiving procedures, handling IT purchases of hardware and phones, and overseeing phone systems management.

As the IT Administrator, you will serve as a superuser for hardware systems including servers and network infrastructure, as well as software applications within the Microsoft ecosystem.

This position requires collaboration with Dover IT and working within established company IT frameworks while maintaining system integrity and providing responsive support to all departments.

Your background

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT administration and network management, strong knowledge of security protocols, experience with Azure AD and Microsoft environments, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external IT partners. Previous experience collaborating with a global IT department is an advantage.
