Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the execution of integrated marketing programs across digital channels and events. This role is ideal for the marketer who enjoys hands-on execution, strong project coordination, and finding ways to improve campaign performance through thoughtful, data-informed recommendations.  The Marketing Specialist will help execute campaigns across email, social media, and web, while also supporting trade shows, events, vendor coordination, and marketing operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to contribute tactical ideas that strengthen execution and results.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Campaign Execution & Channel Support
    • Execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, websites, and other digital channels.
    • Build, schedule, QA, and launch campaign assets in alignment with brand and business priorities.
    • Publish and update website and campaign content within the CMS.
    • Support audience segmentation, list management, and campaign deployment.
    • Help ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and within scope.
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate marketing timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-ups across multiple projects.
    • Track milestones and help keep campaigns and initiatives moving forward on schedule.
    • Organize assets, documentation, and production workflows to support efficient execution.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Events, Trade Shows & Vendor Support
    • Support planning and execution for trade shows, webinars, product launches, and other marketing events.
    • Coordinate logistics including shipping, materials, deadlines, and vendor communication.
    • Assist with vendor management, invoice coordination, and administrative follow-up.
    • Help maintain organized records for event materials, vendors, and related budgets.
  • Reporting, Analysis & Optimization
    • Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics across channels.
    • Assist with preparing recurring reports on marketing campaign results, trends, and program effectiveness.
    • Identify tactical opportunities to improve performance, such as stronger subject lines, A/B testing ideas, audience observations, and content recommendations.
    • Share data-informed insights to help optimize campaign execution and outcomes.
  • Marketing Operations & Team Support
    • Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, calendars, and tracking documents.
    • Support day-to-day marketing operations and administrative needs of the team.
    • Help ensure processes, files, and campaign records remain accurate and organized.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience preferably in B-to-B marketing     
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with interest in campaign performance, reporting, and optimization
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

 

The Ideal Candidate Will Also Bring

  • Exposure to email marketing, social media, website content management, and/or event marketing
  • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting
  • Familiarity with tools such as Marketo, AEM, CRM/marketing automation platforms, or similar systems
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors or agency partners.
  • Basic content management and creative coordination experience is a plus.
