Under the general supervision of the Director of Finance, responsible for the finance direction of the Antigo US  Site.




  • Establish and maintain the organization’s accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives.  Prepares financial reports and presents findings and recommendations to top management. 
  • Provides forecast projections including sales, expense and investment analysis used to drive business decisions. 
  • Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. 
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. 
  • Serve as financial business support to Site leadership team.


Financial Statement Compilation, Review and Reporting

  • Responsible for the monthly closing of locations through direct and indirect resource supervision.
  • Coordinate audits and balance sheet reviews for sites/areas of responsibility.
  • Ensure controls are being performed as designed to support accurate financial reporting.
  • Works closely with Shared Service locations to ensure financial operations, systems and controls are aligned globally and optimized.
  • Prepare and report to Dover Corporate tax provisions, deferred tax calculations and annual tax packages.
  • Implement, Monitor and Enhance accounting procedures and internal controls. Assure controls are operating as designed to comply with Dover Core Internal Controls (CIC) and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX).

Forecast Performance

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial Forecasts, with emphasis on bookings ‘in take’ scenarios. Evaluate sales plans and generate upside and downside risk profiles based upon customer and market insights.
  • Prepare Annual Operating Plan inputs for the Antigo and US MAG Sites.
  • Provide analysis on variances to plan, forecast, & prior periods. 
  • Monitor results against developed budgets.  Collaborate with Site Leadership to deliver results within budgetary considerations.

Business Analysis

  • Monitor expense trends for research and development including involvement with new product development projections and ROI computations.
  • Aid in the establishment of goals and performance metrics for the DPO and MX Sites.  Develop and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align with delivery of desired service level to the business.
  • Plan and integrate acquired businesses into the organization.
  • Develop consistent framework for financial processes and leverage best practices. 
  • Promote Continuous Improvement culture. Utilize CI methods to raise accuracy (quality), improve processing time, and enhance reporting.  Work to increase employee productivity through elimination of redundant activities, root cause investigations, and automation through use of Lean methods.
  • Monitor achievement against variable sales and compensation plans to align with performance outputs including bonus programs, sales incentive programs, rebates, and commissions.
  • Perform financial analysis and special projects on an as needed basis to support the DPO and MX Sites and OEM RPU.



  • Advanced skillset in Microsoft Excel. Proficient with Word and Power Point.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of confidentiality mandatory due to the sensitive nature of information in area of responsibility.
  • Exceptional attention to Detail required. 
  • Acumen for dealing with financial concepts and accuracy critical to position requirements.
  • Must have knowledge of US General Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Education and Experience:

  • Certified Public Accountant required.  
  • Master’s degree in accounting/finance.  ( A plus) 
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience as a Business Partner for Operations and Manufacturing Sites.
