Are you ready to make an impact? As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s success. You will work closely with our dedicated teams to develop effective solutions that align with CPC’s strategic goals. Summary: The Marketing Campaign Manager for Thermal will oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns. This role will be responsible for executing marketing strategies by leading coordination of vendors and internal resources to achieve timelines, budgets, and results. The Marketing Campaign Manager works with the Thermal and Brand teams to align messaging platforms, new product introduction calendars, content and creative development processes, SEO guidelines, business goals, and marketing best practices. This role will also monitor and optimize campaigns.

 

The Marketing Campaign Manager ensures campaigns meet brand guidelines, align with the target audience, achieve market awareness and lead gen targets, and provide an engaging customer journey.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop campaign tactics with established schedules to activate full cycle integrated campaigns using appropriate marketing tools, e.g. website, emails, social media, trade shows, press and promotional activities to drive leads and opportunities for Thermal
  • Develop and execute omnichannel communications plans to support business goals
  • Drive the creation of web, print, email, newsletter and sales tool content
  • Coordinate content completion and delivery and apply editorial governance to ensure content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and tone
  • Analyze marketing and campaign performance, competitiveness, and trends in the marketplace to creatively identify strategic opportunities and develop effective, data driven strategies to meet goals
  • Manage and execute digital marketing strategies including email campaign management and search engine marketing
  • Apply expertise in current and emerging online and interactive advertising and promotional opportunities, new product initiatives, and corporate brand awareness
  • Partner with other departments and vendors to design and implement website enhancements to improve the customer experience
  • Leverage the marketing functionality of CRM
  • Coordinate with digital agency to test and refine SEO (Google, LinkedIn, Baidu, WeChat)
  • Orchestrate product launch execution on deliverables based on launch level
  • Manage outside support agencies and contractors as needed to support business goals
  • Adhere to all safety regulations
  • Demonstrate support of CPC core values
  • Performs other job duties as assigned to meet business needs

Basic Requirements:

  • Expert in executing marketing campaigns that deliver results on time and within budget
  • Experience creating effective digital customer experiences
  • Professional written and verbal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into information for business decisions
  • Experience executing global marketing tactics
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently on projects as well as part of a larger team
  • Innovative thinker who can evolve processes over time
  • Strong project management skills and ability to deliver quality work within tight deadlines
  • Ability to partner effectively with internal cross-functional teams and external vendors

   

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
  • 5+ years of business-to-business marketing experience
  • Experience in global digital optimization by creating best-in-class campaigns that draw in prospects and convert them

Travel:     

  • Less than 10%

    • This range is the pay scale for this role in Minnesota. Individual compensation is based on skills, experience, and qualifications related to this position.
