CPC is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Analyst to support our manufacturing, quality and supply chain functions. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role will be responsible for business decision support through budgeting, forecasting and reporting of business results and analysis. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high growth organization, have proven ability to influence and translate financial data into action, demonstrate success in business partnering and effectively manage competing priorities in a matrixed organization. This position is based in both our Arden Hills and Roseville locations.
Essential Responsibilities
- Partner with the CPC Operations team by driving actionable decision making through reporting, analysis and review of operations financials and metrics.
- Partner with supply chain and strategic sourcing to proactively anticipate demand changes, ensure manufacturing capacity upgrades are identified, and annual savings programs are being actioned and tracked.
- Identify, recommend and drive process improvement initiatives to enable efficiencies and scale across the organization.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting efforts for the operations functional areas.
- Partner with accounting in developing standard costs and ensuring that monthly accounting for inventory, COGS, and related reserves are in line with business expectations.
- Partner with international locations to drive supply chain and other operational process improvements and integration with the CPC US location.
Basic Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an operations manufacturing Finance role.
- Proficient with MS Excel, ERP and EPM applications and big data management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform at a high level in a dynamic environment.
- A self-starter with proven ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Well organized and efficient with a strong attention to detail and follows through on execution.
- Clear, concise and articulate communication skills - verbal, written and listening.
- Strong team player, work ethic and commitment to the success of the Company.
Preferred Qualifications
Desired
- Experience with Oracle ERP, OneStream EPM, Power BI.
- MBA or advanced accreditation (CMA, CPA).
Travel
- As needed, less than 5%.
