The Role


In this role you will have the opportunity to sell products and services to customers in an office environment. The Inside Sales Representative is also responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.


What you will do


  • Create opps & quotes for Hardware into the assigned customers to support & increase sales into the sales team. He/She will participate actively on customer negotiations
  • Follow up all the opps to maximize sales for confidence contracts to increase our connect rate in the country
  • Support the OEM team into the daily task: quoting, negotiation, ISTA process to maximize the resources on the field
  • LinkedIn & Sales Navigator: active follow up on discovering new leads/accounts to be visited by the sales reps. Creating qualified leads for sales reps & SYSTECH sales Manager CIS & SYSTECH
  • Confidence 360: to sure all the documents arrive on time at MI site to be sent to the bank and recognize the revenue when it is expected. Q3-Q4. Participate on negotiations to acquire knowledge



What you need to have


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 1 year experience on inside sales
  • Future Account Manager /OEM
  • Office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Used to work with ERP: SAP / SFDC
  • Available to work from home if needed
  • Availability to Travel: 10%-15%
  • Creative, persuasive & motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer and result driven
  • Languages: Italian & excellent written and spoken English
