Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:  CPC is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast Region which includes the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Puerto Rico. Develop new accounts within sales region. Maintain and increase sales through management of customer and distribution base. 

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop new accounts.
  • Increase sales through new accounts.
  • Manage distribution base.
  • Manage CRM and reporting on timely basis.
  • Determine appropriate channel path for leads.
  • Work with internal and external customers.
  • Remain knowledgeable and current on products and technologies.
  • Attend Industry Events and sales meetings as required.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations.
  • Demonstrate support of CPC core values.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned to meet business needs.

 

Essential Supervisory Responsibilities:        

  • None

 

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • A minimum of 3 - 5 years of outside sales or related technical sales support experience.
  • Requires current driver’s license.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer skills.
  • Strong computer and MS Office Suite skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong business acumen.

 

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Engineering Degree
  • Technical applications background.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Fluid management experience and working knowledge of plastics.
