The Associate Manager, Service Projects leads the deployment and installation logistics of hardware components and software upgrades to customer sites.  The project manager will execute the operational and tactical plans to  satisfy customer and business needs and maintain communication with both customers and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities will include project monitoring updates, reporting financial metrics, and ensuring that Wayne processes are followed and service levels are met.



Position Responsibilities:

  • Project management communication across various internal and external customers to achieve completion of assigned tasks.
  • Responsible for utilizing tools for aiding project communication and action progress
  • Responsible for reporting of key aspects of project metrics to internal and external customers
  • Insure communication and alignment of the contract and statements of work for each project assigned
  • Liase with multi-functional teams as needed to ensure progress
  • Conduct/facilitate efficient calls and meetings with external and internal teams
  • Escalate issues and scheduling concerns to the appropriate level of management

Required Qualifications/skills:

  • BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration
  • Knowledge of operations KPI/Financial metrics
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Tools – Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio





Desired Qualifications/skills:

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience, PMP/PMI Certification
  • Experience in the retail fuels industry
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills
  • Strong experience in resource capacity planning
  • Utilize, refine, and document policies, processes, procedures, including training
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Track Record of Customer Service focus
  • Aptitude to work with group or independently to achieve individual, team and company goals
