Essential Functions:
•    Perform the monthly closing activities associated with inventory/cost and manufacturing operations, including journal entries and reconciliations.
•    Review, investigate and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
•    Monitor, analyze, and report on inventory, cost of goods sold, and manufacturing variances.
•    Partner with operations personnel to provide financial guidance including timely business analysis.
•    Coordinate and participate in annual and interim financial statement audits.
•    Responsible for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements and audits related to inventory/cost.
•    Manage standard costs of inventory and reserves.
•    Manage the annual physical inventory process for all North America inventory locations.
•    Provide technical advice on accounting issues to ensure compliance with GAAP.
•    Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with accuracy and timeliness of critical deadlines.
•    Participate in other projects and programs, as directed, for their successful completion.


Education and Experience:
•    CPA preferred, but not required.
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a minimum of four years of accounting experience.
•    Manufacturing Accounting knowledge with relevant work experience.
•    Advance Excel skills.
•    Experience with Oracle or other ERP system preferred.
•    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people of all levels within an organization.
•    Demonstrated initiative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Adequate knowledge of GAAP.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
