Dover Fueling Solutions is looking for a highly motivated Software Engineering Intern to work on a near real-time IoT monitoring platform for connected fueling station devices. This is a hands-on opportunity to build production-quality features across the stack and gain experience with systems that process and visualize live device data.

Key Responsibilities

Develop interactive dashboard features using React.js for monitoring IoT device data.

Build and enhance APIs using NestJS to support IoT data and enable seamless UI integration.

Implement real-time data visualizations, alerting, and system health tracking within the dashboard.

Collaborate with engineers on feature design, development, and performance optimization.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.

Assist in containerizing applications using Docker and deploying services in a cloud/Kubernetes environment.

Gain exposure to CI/CD pipelines and support build and deployment automation.

Monitor application performance and logs to ensure system reliability and stability.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

Experience with React and modern web development practices.

Basic understanding of APIs and backend concepts (NestJS/Node.js is a plus)

Familiarity with Git and version control workflows

Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts, Docker, and cloud/Kubernetes environments is a plus.

Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
