About the Role 

Dover Fueling Solutions is looking for a creative and motivated Summer Intern to join our team to enhance the quality and efficiency of EMV protocol testing efforts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on real-world fueling systems while gaining hands-on experience in software quality engineering. 

Interns will have the opportunity to explore the domain, understand end-to-end system behavior, and contribute to building intuitive solutions that simplify complex technical workflows. 

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Work with Product, Dev and QA to understand customer specific requirements 

  • Create a library for customer specific test scripts to test all EMV protocol commands and events. 

  • Create an automated solution to execute these scripts and report the results. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Basic understanding of testing concepts and knowledge of software development. 

  • Ability to code in .net environment 

  • Good understanding of xml and TCP/IP protocol 

  • Basic understanding of Hardware and Embedded Software. 

  • General IT knowledge. 

  • Basic understanding of network administration. 

  • A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn.
