Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) will host a Summer Internship Program from June 2, 2025 - August 8, 2025. This 10-week program offers full-time, paid internships to college undergraduate and graduate students within one of our many DFS departments. Participants will be based at one of our campuses in Austin, TX; Madison, AL; or Downers Grove, IL. Past internships have attracted a diverse group of well-qualified students who have played a key role in helping our team accomplish a variety of goals. Your cover letter should specifically state why you are interested in a particular functional area and if you are interested in a specific discipline within that function. As an example, your experience and/or interest may be in the Learning and Development discipline within the Human Resources function or Electrical, Mechanical, or Software discipline within the Engineering function.

- This internship is a learning experience focused on providing real-world work application of classroom learning.
- The skills or knowledge you gain from this experience will be transferable to other employment settings.
What you can expect:
- Please note as a part of our selection process, you may be contacted by multiple functional leaders based on your preferences, experience, and the projects available.
- Your mentor will support your learning objectives through the assigned project and other opportunities within a business environment.
- Your mentor will provide supervision and has the expertise and educational and/or professional background in the field.
- Regular feedback and coaching conversations with your mentor.
- All resources needed to be successful in this role will be provided, including onsite workspace and equipment.
Requirements:
- A high school degree or equivalent; students must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program for credit or be current-year graduates.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age on the program start date.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Inquisitive, energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas!
This position is not eligible for relocation assistance and Dover VISA Sponsorship.
