Dover Fueling Solutions is one of the world’s leading suppliers of fuel dispensers, payment terminals, forecourt control devices, point-of-sale and other measurement and control solutions to the retail and commercial fueling industry, is seeking a social media expert with internal communications experience who can lead our newly designed employer brand/EVP efforts across DFS social media, both internal and external platforms. You will be responsible for supporting the senior leader of internal communications and the VP of HR with implementing the employer brand/EVP efforts, in alignment with our DFS strategy, culture and Dover values.


Key Qualifications:

  • Deep familiarity with LinkedIn, Glassdoor and Indeed platforms
  • Understanding of how to design engaging social media campaigns to engage candidates, new hires + employees at all levels throughout employee life cycle
  • Proficiency with external and internal social media platform administration, reporting and KPIs
  • Vendor/partner management and engagement
  • Excellent writing and editing skills required – will need to provide portfolio of past writing samples (non-proprietary, non-confidential)
  • Expertise working with all levels of a global enterprise organization to solicit content across regions, including EMEA, LATAM, APAC and North America


Responsibilities to include:

  • Manage Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn vendor partnerships, DFS pages
    • Includes design, response, managing Glassdoor + Indeed review requests/internal engagement campaigns/cycles, and responses)
  • Assist with management of various global hiring/recruiting sites as needed in partnership with fellow HR colleagues worldwide
  • Deliver weekly social media campaigns on internal and external social media platforms
  • Managing weekly content solicitation for campaigns to include various tactics (social media, email, newsletters, etc.)
  • Creating various internal meeting templates aligned with EVP, culture, strategy
  • Partner with MarCom and Dover comms team to share EVP stories across DFS social media, elevate to Dover social media as appropriate
  • Quarterly design of content story across all platforms in to deliver timely EVP messages aligned with current talent management and DFS strategic initiatives (i.e. launch of development programs, recognition moments for product launches, etc.)
    • Tactics to also include emails, screensavers, newsletters, town halls, etc.
  • Design of campaign look and feel to include emblems, graphic design of various collateral materials, etc.
  • Assist with employer brand management, provide insights from social media metrics to inform next steps in messaging and engagement strategies

Additional qualifications:

  • Graphic design experience preferred
  • Video production/editing experience/knowledge a plus
  • Ability to design and lead training regarding social media best practices and engagement tactics a plus
  • 5-8 years in corporate social media team or internal communications


Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience producing communications for a variety of channels and audiences in a corporate environment or leading public relations firm
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
