This role will be in the DFS Solutions Segment and will be accountable for the Product Management of our Anthem UX Platform that will enable and deliver DFS’ next-generation consumer experience. The Anthem UX platform is the first to give customers the ability to fine-tune their experience while also giving retailers the tools and data to maximize each customer interaction with keenly targeted advertising and promotions. This integrated, inviting experience builds loyalty, increases sales, and adds immense value to both consumer and retailer alike. The role is based in North America and will lead global alignment of product road maps for new and existing product developments for the platform. This role will Collaborate with our Dispenser & Solutions Product Leaders to optimize and deliver growth, profit and market opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Product Definition

  • Lead new product, feature and capability definition for current and future product offerings for the Anthem platform with strong emphasis on customer experience
  • Work closely with the Dispenser Product Management, Solutions Product Marketing team and Engineering teams to align product family development, vision, voice of the market and competitive analysis into new product and product enhancement decisions, development, and delivery.
  • Lead the drafting of market needs, product requirements and building of financial models to support consumer experience market opportunities.
  • Ensure that our perspective and vision is Global.
     
    Product Road Map
  • Provide a long-term vision and positioning for the platform.
  • Define global product roadmaps for an ongoing two year window included new product introduction, product and platform consolidation, and end-of-life strategies to achieve our AOP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic product and feature roadmaps systematically leveraging the voice of market; customer, prospect, competitive analysis, technology and channel partners
  • Ensure alignment of the product road map with R&D product development schedules, preproduction, production schedules, sales and marketing and overall strategic marketing.
     
    Product Delivery
  • Accountable for the product stewardship through the lifecycle from ideation to release in a scalable agile environment
  • Demonstrate excellence in execution; ensuring key stakeholders keep commitments and all whole product aspects are completed prior to product release
  • Manages the revenue / Gross margin for the products
  • Support Product Marketing for new product introductions and existing product releases to global sales teams.
     
    Leadership & Collaboration
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure product alignment to their customer demand and regional growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Teams, Engineering Architects and other Product Managers to ensure cohesion and alignment of strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Solutions Marketing team on competitive analysis, market assessment, and release management.
     

Work experience requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of product management experience preferably in cloud-based software solutions targeting industrial or IoT markets
  • Experience collaborating closely with Engineering, UI/UX and Product Management peers to deliver high-quality, intuitive features
  • Minimum three years of global accountability for a product portfolio
  • Expertise delivering products with significant consumer experience
  • Full life cycle product management experience
  • Demonstrated success in growing market share, developing new products and brands and optimizing a portfolio of products
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional global teams in multiple time zones.

  • Excellent communication skills having a high comfort level interacting with senior management, channel partners and customers; both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills; developing high performing team, cross-functional teams and influencing across hierarchies.
  • Strong business acumen. General management skills in running a brand or product line. 
  • Demonstrated project management experience, particularly as it relates to cross-functional coordination and communication.
  • Has a customer driven mindset and aptitude for engineering excellence
  • Have a strong product management background, marketing management and technical background
  • Experience in leading software development with products deployed globally in enterprise SaaS/cloud-based platform environments
  • Strong profitable growth orientation.  
  • Strong team player as candidate will work with the entire organization through different procedures and processes.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite and Project products.
  • Possess basic financial skills.
