The senior sales manager is responsible for planning, organizing and managing the development and implementation of sales strategies in defined areas for Mobile Transport Equipments for applications including: Power Bulk, Chemical, Bitumen, Food, ….).  This includes activities in product sales and engineering to result in market share optimization, cohesive market and product strategy and profitable segment sales growth. The target customers include Distributors, OEM and End-Users.

  • Ensures the revenues and profitability of BLACKMER and MOUVEX products in the region under its responsibility ;
  • Provides technical and commercial support and assistance to distributors, OEMs and users of the Transportation Division ;
  • Ensures regular monitoring of Partner/Distributor performance ;
  • Ensures the link between the customers and the After-Sales Service department ;
  • Manage the Group’s commercial policy in the area ;
  • Define and implement the sales development strategy ;
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, business development and factory technical support teams and ensure the successful implementation of development actions ;
  • Ensure commercial coordination between the Factory Customer Service, the Partners and Final Clients for technical support and the entire quotation, Order and Delivery process ;
  • Provide the necessary support for the launch of new products (technical training, promotion, in collaboration with the relevant Product Managers) ;
  • Collects market information (products, market trends, prices) ;
  • Mention any developments in the interest of the company ;
  • Participates in meetings, seminars and exhibitions ;
  • Provides monthly sales forecasts, activity reports to manager ;
  • Provides action plans based on market segment, customer need ;
  • Be a player in the company’s continuous improvement process ;
  • Within its area of responsibility, take into account quality, accident prevention, occupational safety and environmental protection, and actively participate in the prevention of damage to persons ; materials and the environment ;
  • Commits to the Dover Integrity policy ;



  • Has between 5 and 10 years of experience in the world of Transport (manufacturers or traders of trucks, equipment, truck accessories, pumps and compressors) ;
  • gets a successful experience as an export sales engineer and has a technical background ;
  • Is available and able to travel 60% of the time ;
  • English level : good level recommended to deal in an international environment ;
  • Negotiation skills ;




  • Education level : Niveau BAC+2 minimum ;
  • Good general knowledge in Fluid Mechanics ;
  • Experience in the pump & compressor field would be a plus ;
  • Has a high ethical level ;
  • Has a high sense of priorities ;
  • Is very autonomous and has a high sense of responsibility ;
  • Enjoys contacts and long-term relationships ;
  • Understands the notions of optimal productivity ;
  • Likes to create a dynamic ;
  • Respects his/her commitments ;
  • Speaks English, other language skills such as French and/or Polish will be an asset.
