Global HRIS Analyst

The Role

 

Within Markem-Imaje we’re looking for a Global HRIS Analyst passionate about systems and HR, and eager to support the company in driving business decisions based on relevant data and process.

You will be reporting to our Senior HR Controller based in Barcelona (Spain) and collaborating with our global HR Team as well as with our corporate DOVER HRIS organization in the US and India.

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Manage all HR systems – SuccessFactors (modules – Employee Central, Performance management, compensation, Recruiting, Workforce Analytics and reporting), SAP HCM.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure smooth operation (Dover corporate HRIS, Markem-Imaje HR community and IT).
  • Support all HR team worldwide in managing the data in systems (Trainings, Enhancements).
  • Subject Matter Expert on all processes linked to systems including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance and Goals, LMS, Compensation, Workforce Analytics and Reporting.
  • Participate to some key transversal projects depending on the experience of the incumbent (engagement survey, sales commission tool, acquisitions, integrations).
  • Design and maintain HR Analytics (Metrics and Dashboards).
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving system issues in timely manner.
  • Participate in System enhancement and integrations with other HR Systems or third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with IT to solve technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security policies in all HR activities.

 

What you need to have:

 

  • 5 plus years’ experience in HR Information System management.
  • Knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors or equivalent (Workday).
  • System integration experience is a plus.
  • Ideally knowledge of Power BI.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with focus on data accuracy and integrity.
