In this role you’ll be responsible to increase the adoption of our digital e-commerce B2B Portal in order to enhance our customers experience and increase the company operational efficiency.

You will work closely with the Markem-Imaje customer care and sales organizations globally in order to drive the promotion and adoption of the e-commerce B2B Portal.

You will be the e-commerce B2B Portal product owner in charge of defining the roadmap for new features developments, coordinating the Voice of Customer, development prioritization and financial justification.

You will be responsible of the effective deployment of new features and/or expansion into new geographies, working closely with the IT and process teams.

 

What you will do: 

 

e-commerce B2B Portal adoption and governance

  • Define and Implement the e-commerce B2B Portal adoption plan with targets.
  • Lead/contribute actively to promotional activities to drive up portal adoption.
  • Provide the operational support to the teams in the regions in order to cascade the global adoption plans and ensure effective implementation.
  • Identify new features and enhancements required to achieve the adoption goals.
  • Support the regions with best practices, reports, identifying areas of growth for adoption, defining new actions plans.
  • Increase the use of the portal to support operational divisions strategies & objectives.
  • Implement, analyze and communicate metrics to track and improve the portal objectives achievement, including the user experience.
  • Facilitate and complete the e-commerce B2B Portal effective integration in MI process such as Marketing, Communication, New product launch, Change request and product master data.
  • Lead/contribute actively to the bridges between e-commerce B2B Portal and other MI customer portals and website.

 

e-commerce B2B Portal evolution roadmap

  • Identify valid opportunities: current state of e-commerce, competition analysis, best practices, coming changes, idea generation, etc.
  • Define and communicate to stakeholders the prioritized strategic roadmap.
  • With the key actors, structure the roadmap in eligible projects to submit for go decision.
  • Consolidate cross functional requirements in set of prioritized user stories for projects.
  • Approve development & test outputs to authorize transfer of evolutions in production.

 

What you need to have: 

 

  • 3-5 years in e-commerce portal launch and development in an international environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in roadmap definition and planning.
  • Understanding of online B2B marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in user experience, web development cycle and agile design principles.
  • Preferably experience in Salesforce and B2B Commerce Cloud.
  • Interaction with Executive Committee level and Directors.
  • Languages: English mandatory + additional 2nd other languages well-appreciated.
  • Cross functional leadership and decision-making ability.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented skills.
  • Project management skills or experience
  • Communication and presentation skills at all organization levels.
  • Creativity, flexibility and ability of working in fast-paced changing environment.
  • Highly motivated and positive Can-Do attitude.
