The Role
Part of the team responsible for Markem-Imaje planning consolidation and analysis, you will support during the implementation of a new Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software tool leveraging the OneStream technology. Reporting to one of the Group FP&A managers, after a period of onboarding and training on processes and technology, you will provide hands-on support during the data validation, testing and deployment of the tool. As such, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the transformation of the Markem-Imaje corporate planning processes. In addition to supporting the CPM tool deployment, you will also provide functional support for the consolidation of Markem- Imaje capital expenses forecast (CAPEX) as part of the overall free cash flow forecasting process.
What you will do:
- Project responsibilities: support the team for testing, data validation & deployment of OneStream:
- Learn the systems and processes involved, attending specific training sessions and reviewing materials
- Participate to specific project meetings related to system design and build
- Data validation support: perform financial review on specific scope, after data load in the new system, comparing with existing system and expected results
- User Acceptance Testing support: perform specific tests scripts and tasks according to test plan, monitor and escalate issues to manager and team where applicable.
- Deployment: support the Group FP&A team during the new tool deployment phase (trainings deployment, administration support, new processes set-up).
- Overall support on various tasks performed by Group FP&A team during the project
- Support during testing and deployment of new CAPEX approval workflow tool (Power App technology)
- Functional support responsibilities:
- Responsible of the consolidation of Markem- Imaje capital expenses forecast (CAPEX) as part of the overall free cash flow forecasting process, including a) forecast consolidation and critical review of bottom-up with the Group FP&A Manager, b) coordination and review with FP&As in charge of specific projects or Departments, c) update of processes after OneStream project GO Live.
What you need to have:
- University Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent, pending or obtained.
- Good analytical skills, able to understand processes and systems, and perform typical user tasks following a script or given methodology.
- Foundations of financial and forecasting knowledge (preferable)
- Rigor and attention to detail
- Good first knowledge of Microsoft Excel and rest of MS Office suite tools
- Good communication skills
- Fluent or good level of English, knowledge of Spanish or French a plus
