Legal and Compliance Documentation Management

As a member of the Legal Department, you will be involved in implement and complete the full Global data base with the contracts, compliance, and corporate documentation of all the Companies of Markem-Imaje Group, in order to have full visibility and track the current status of the documentation within the Companies.
What you will do:
1. Contracts: At the contractual level, review, and upload into the tool all the contractual documentation that all members of the legal department have in files or cloud.
Locally request all the contracts that the sourcing, sales, HR, development teams have to be able to compare them with what is in the legal file and upload what is not in the tool.
Identify in the French physical archive all contract documentation, discard what is unnecessary, and from what needs to be kept, choose what can be kept in scanned form and what can be discarded and what should be kept in the physical archive and scanned.
2. Corporate: ask to the local controllers for all the corporate documentation (Boards, SH meetings, Trade register excerpts, Articles of Association, ….) for uploading and organizing in the legal data base and compare with the legal documentation.
3. Internal Delegations: Upload the internal delegations for having a complete visibility on the status of the documentation.”
4. Trade and general compliance: Support General and Trade Compliance department with implementing contractual updates/obtaining compliance certifications necessary for complying with customs and export controls and sanctions laws and regulations.
Upload in the tool all the trade and general compliance attestations and certificates or other compliance documentation requested from customers/suppliers.
What you need to have:
- Legal Basic Knowledge.
- Minimum 1 years of experience as lawyer Assistant, Internship legal firm.
- Excellent written and spoken English & French. Spanish would be a great plus.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize appropriately and multi-task effectively.
- Strong team player
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced.
- Experience in using Legisway or related softwares is a plus.
