In this Role you’ll be pivotal in the execution of a multi-year Service Business Transformation. From creating new and innovative service offerings, building best-in-class Service Delivery capabilities to digitally transforming processes by utilizing latest technologies. 

You’ll have an opportunity to drive one of the top strategic initiatives of the company in a cross-functional and fast paced environment, partnering closely with all levels of the organization.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Lead the delivery of and drive the Service Transformation Program across multiple workstreams, projects and functions, ensuring defined business and digital transformation objectives are being met in high quality. 
  • Ensure on-time execution of a multi-year roadmap and realization of the committed business case, including top and bottom-line impact as well as committed productivity gains.
  • Anticipate, manage and resolve risks and issues, including making trade-offs by balancing the business needs with technical constraints. Provide escalation management as needed.
  • Indirectly manage the cross-functional program core-team and closely interact with all key stakeholders, operating as a bridge between IT, business service teams and transformation projects.
  • Establish and lead appropriate governance and pro-actively communicate and report out on the overall Service Transformation Program.
  • Leverage internal and external benchmarking data and leading practices to identify new opportunities that will further improve our Service Business.

 

What you need to have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
  • Recognized Project Management certification desired
  • 8+ years of experience in program/project management roles, ideally in a manufacturing environment and/or B2B service business.
  • Experience in digital transformation projects and value creation through Data.
  • Proven experience and excellent track record of executing time sensitive, complex, cross-functional projects of a transformational nature.
  • Outstanding communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Very strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
