Designation: Adobe Analytics Lead

We are seeking an experienced and strategically minded Adobe Analytics & Adobe Target Lead with AI Capabilities to lead enterprise digital analytics, experimentation, and personalization initiatives. This role will be responsible for defining and advancing measurement strategies, architecting scalable analytics implementations, and leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities to generate actionable insights and improve business outcomes.
The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, and cross-domain analytics with strong business acumen and stakeholder partnership skills. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for the technical aspects of web analytics and optimization for assigned business partners, ensuring that digital measurement frameworks are aligned to organizational objectives and executed with a high degree of quality, governance, and scalability.
In addition, this role will be expected to leverage AI- and ML-enabled capabilities within the Adobe ecosystem to automate reporting, detect behavioral anomalies, support predictive analysis, and scale personalization efforts across digital channels.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end analytics and personalization strategies using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, GTM, and Google Analytics
- Define KPIs, tagging strategies, technical requirements, and data layer specifications for business partners
- Translate raw customer journey and behavioral data into actionable, data-driven recommendations.
- Leverage Adobe Analytics AI/ML capabilities such as anomaly detection and contribution analysis to uncover insights
- Use AI tools to extract conversational insights, automate reporting, and identify trends
- Drive predictive and generative AI use cases to support customer propensity modeling, reporting automation, and marketing optimization
- Implement Analytics for Target (A4T) to unify Adobe Analytics reporting within Adobe Target activities
- Architect advanced personalization capabilities including Auto-Allocate , Auto-Target , Automated Personalization , and Adobe Target Recommendations
- Provide detailed tagging instructions to development teams and maintain implementation documentation
- Coordinate QA efforts and validate analytics data collection to ensure data integrity
- Develop dashboards and reports in Adobe Analysis Workspace, Power BI, or similar tools
- Partner with business, product, UX, development, and marketing teams to drive value from analytics and experimentation
- Support training and enablement to improve analytics adoption and self-sufficiency across teams
Must Have Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in digital analytics or web analytics
- Strong expertise in Adobe Analytics , Adobe Target , A4T , and Adobe Launch
- Experience with AI/ML-driven analytics capabilities, predictive insights, and reporting automation
- Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and cross-domain analytics
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics variables, report suites, metrics, dimensions, segments, and workspace reporting
- Experience with QA validation, troubleshooting, and implementation documentation
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website data layer architecture
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Experience with AEM , Marketo Engage , Adobe Experience Platform
- Experience with A/B testing, MVT, and personalization strategy
- Familiarity with privacy and data governance requirements such as GDPR and CCPA
