Position – Boomi Support Engineer
Exp- 3-6 Years
Education- BE
Location- Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
The Boomi support engineer will provide L2/L3 production support for Boomi integrations, ensuring quick incident resolution, and stable operations across environments. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting skills, good understanding of integration patterns, and the ability to work closely with development, infra and business teams.
Production Support:
1. Provide L2/L3 for Boomi AtomSphere integration.
2. Monitor and support integrations across PROD, UAT and lower environments.
3. Analyze and resolve integration failures, data issues and performance problems.
4. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
5. Support on-call rotations and handle production incidents within SLA.
Technical Troubleshooting:
1. Debug Boomi processes, connectors, maps, and APIs
2. Troubleshoot issues related to:
REST / SOAP APIs
SFTP / FTP connections
Database connectors
XML, JSON, flat files, EDI
3. Handle retries, reprocessing, and data corrections as per SOPs
Platform & Environment Support:
1. Monitor Atom / Molecule health and resolve runtime issues.
2. Support deployments and environment promotions.
3. Manage certificates, PGP keys, and security configurations.
4. Coordinate with infrastructure and cloud teams for platform stability
Must have skills:
1. Hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere
2. Strong understanding of: Integration concepts and patterns API integrations and web services Message formats (XML, JSON, flat files)
3. Experience in production support and incident management
4. Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience & Qualifications
1. 4+ years of overall IT experience
2. 2–3 years hands-on experience in Boomi support or development
3. Experience working in 24×7 or on-call support environments is a plus
4. ITIL knowledge or certification (preferred)
