Exp:3-5 Years.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understanding of ECN/ECO activities and the workflow involved in completion. Good experience in Solidworks, AutoCAD, Solidworks PDM. Creation of BOM in Dataworks/Oracle.
• 3D modeling/drafting of piping systems and welded & brazed assemblies. Familiar with piping, pipe fittings, flanges, pipe schedules. Familiar with tube, tube fittings, & structural materials
• Part design knowledge Casting, machined, plastic, gaskets. Knowledge of GD&T
• Work with big assembly models, product change management, VAVE.
• Familiar with material types and characteristics – especially carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum

Must have skills:

• 3D modelling and drafting using Solidworks and product documentation in PLM/Vault
• Knowledge of ESR/ECN/ECO activities, GD&T
• Exposure to manufacturing processes, preferably Welding, Brazing, Casting, Conventional Machining.
• Statistical tolerance analysis, design documentation.
