Designation: Senior -Test Lab Engineer

Education: B.E/B.Tech

Experience: 4-8 Yrs

Location: Jigani Lab, Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

1:Work directly with cross-functional stakeholders & Internal engineers to resolve issues regarding performance, parts and customer expectations.

2:Develop and execute test plans to ensure design intent is met for existing and future products. Develop and execute test plans to ensure reliability specifications are met for existing and future products.

3:Act as a lead in driving project, corrective actions in the field/Test Lab as they relate to product performance. Work with product engineering/ New product development team to conceptualize and implement improvements to existing product for cost reductions and performance improvements. Daily /weekly project updates to OPCO and stakeholders. Prepare & update detailed presentation to Leadership team on the project. Support on product certification and Lab expansion capabilities. Test experience in handling on R290 refrigerant is an added advantage

4:Partner with appropriate teams to evaluate component and design alternatives that can be integrated into existing product for quality/cost improvements. Experience in Reliability testing on components & mini tab software for reliability application is preferred.

5:Understand industry and regulatory requirements as they apply to existing and new products (i.e., DOE, ASHRAE 72, NSF 7, UL, etc.). To work on test lab documentation to get lab accredited for ISO17025. Demonstrating ISO 17025-2017 during audits.

2: Team player in Multidisciplinary Cross functional team. Collaboration with External partners /vendors for product developments & testing

3: Should have excellent Communication both Verbal and written - Collaborate with entire organization. Be able to work in a team.

4: Well versed with Industry standards, compliance, regulatory and certifications in the refrigeration industry
