Roles and Responsibilities: -

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of multi-year, high-visibility digital transformation and integration programs.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, resource plans, and execution roadmaps aligned with customer priorities.
  • Establish program governance, ensure compliance with quality standards, and drive SLA/KPI adherence.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across customer organizations, including executive leadership.
  • Provide leadership on integration design and architecture across ERP, eCommerce, and partner ecosystems.
  • Guide teams in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing integrations using Boomi iPaaS.
  • Support integration teams on reusable frameworks, API-led connectivity, security standards, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with ERP (SAP, Oracle, Infor, Epicor) and eCommerce platforms (Intershop, Esker, EDI) for seamless solution delivery.
  • Gather integration and data requirements in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Prepare robust solution designs (APIs, push/pull models) considering security, scalability, and performance.
  • Guide Boomi technical leads and developers, providing architectural direction and ensuring design consistency.
  • Review specifications and code, encourage adherence to technical standards, and support high-quality solution delivery.
  • Influence & Provide guidance and support to globally distributed teams of project managers, developers, architects, analysts, and QA specialists.
  • Work collaboratively across business units, architects, product vendors, and DevOps teams to help align delivery outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement to achieve program goals.
  • Support the adoption of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) across programs and teams.
  • Encourage the use of automation, API management, and monitoring tools (Azure, Postman, ServiceNow) to improve delivery outcomes.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of delivery processes, frameworks, and team collaboration.

Must have Skills: -

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 20+ years of IT industry experience with a focus on large-scale program and project delivery.
  • 10+ years of program/project management with proven success in global delivery environments.
  • 6+ years of Agile delivery experience with distributed teams.
  • 5+ years of hands-on system integration expertise (Boomi iPaaS preferred).
  • Strong background in ERP and eCommerce integration and digital transformation programs.
  • Certifications: PMP, PSM; Boomi Associate Integration Developer certification is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
