Position Title :- Project Lead

Location :- Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Develops product – Under Water Pelletizer for India market.

• Develops & Design product as per requirement of India Market.

• Consults Sales team & respective product managers at Maag CoE to develop product.

• Collect vital information for product development from stake holders.

• Drafting, co-ordinating, simulating product.

• Coordinate with DIIC for product design.

• Recommends changes/modernizations of product with cost optimisation.

• Test product in the market with feasibility report.

• Helps in order intake [turnover] responsibility.

• Vendor development according to requirement of product.

• Framing pricing for the product based on market survey.

• Helping sales team in preparing offers with suitable product application.

• Undertakes all needed efforts to reach or overcome the proposed and signed budget (to be newly defined every year in the budget process).

• Develop new field applications in the market according to application list.

• Remain cost effectiveness of the complete Maag sales-oriented organization.

• Supports to maintain costs within the planned and valid budget;
