Skills Summary: SEO Expert with Adobe Analytics & Adobe Target Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8-10 yrs of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong technical background in web development, SEO and digital marketing. MBA preferred.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using Adobe Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Use Adobe Target for A/B testing and personalization to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Optimize website structure, metadata, and internal linking for search engine visibility.
  • Implement technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, mobile-friendliness, and structured data.
  • Manage off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and digital PR.
  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO-friendly content creation.
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm updates, search engine trends, and best practices.
  • Generate SEO performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.

 

Must have Skills:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Analyst, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics for website traffic analysis.
  • Expertise in using Adobe Target for A/B testing and personalization.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
  • Deep expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, A/B testing, Personalization
  • Experience in running A/B tests and multivariate tests
  • Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, SERanking and Moz.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and schema markup for SEO optimization.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or Shopify.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Skilled in creating presentations for executive reviews
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodology

 

Experienced on the following tools:

  • SE Ranking (Preferred), SEMRush, or any other SEO tool
  • Data Dog, Google Page Speed Insights, Lighthouse, GTMetrix
  • Adobe Experience Manager (Sites and Assets)
  • Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
  • Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Adobe Photoshop
