Designation-Senior Analyst HR DFS

Roles & Responsibilities-:

  • HR Operations Excellence. Execute and continuously improve core HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle, documentation, data updates) Ensure data integrity and system accuracy (aligned to HRCentral principles as source of truth).Drive consistency and compliance across all employee records and transactions
  • Onboarding & Employee Experience o Support our end-to-end onboarding experience (from Recruitment to 90-day journey) Partner with HRBPs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated and productive quickly. Identify gaps and implement improvements to elevate onboarding standards
  • Process Governance & Documentation. Support in build and maintain SOPs and process documentation. Enforce adherence to HR processes and policies with discipline and clarity.Act as a gatekeeper for process quality and compliance
  • HR Analytics & Reporting.Build and maintain HR dashboards and reporting (Excel/Power BI preferred)Provide actionable insights to HRBPs and leaders (attrition, hiring, onboarding effectiveness, etc.).Support data-driven decision making with accuracy and timeliness
  • HR Systems & Tools and Stakeholder Support Ensure correct usage and adoption of HR systems (Workday or equivalent) o Own data audits, system updates, and process alignment.Train stakeholders on proper system usage where needed Partner closely with HRBPs, managers, and employees to resolve HR queries Provide practical, solution oriented support while maintaining policy alignment  Escalate risks proactively and recommend solutions

Skills Required-:

  • Flawless Process Execution on HR transactions (onboarding, data changes, compliance actions)
  • HR Ops discipline & data integrity - HR system is consistently accurate and audit-ready
  • Policies, documentation, and regulatory requirements are consistently followed
  • Identifies inefficiencies and proactively drives simplification, standardization, and scalability in HR processes
