As a Payroll Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll and related activities. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state payroll regulations, as well as maintaining payroll records and providing support to both employees and management.

1. Process and manage the complete payroll cycle, including data input, calculations, and distribution of payroll checks or direct deposits.

2. Verify and audit payroll information to ensure accuracy, including tax withholdings, benefits, and other deductions.

3. Stay up-todate with federal and state payroll regulations and ensure the organization's compliance with these laws.

4. Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries regarding payroll-related matters.

5. Maintain accurate and organized payroll records, both electronically and in physical files.

6. Prepare payroll reports, including tax filings and wage statements, for management and government agencies.

7. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration between payroll and other related functions.

8. Assist in the implementation of payroll software and system upgrades to improve efficiency.

9. Provide support for year-end processes, such as W-2 issuance and reconciliations.
