Roles & Responsibilities:
- Is a member of the ERP centre of competence and works effectively with other members to optimize the overall effectiveness of software in the cross domains business processes
- Do all the research, determines standard approach and establishes the procedures for how software will operate to support a business process in the most effective way for our organization.
- Ensure effective change management process to be SOX compliant: test all the changes (process, customizing), formal validation before put in production, documentation. All these activities are conducted according to the agreed procedures.
- Ensures effective Helpdesk Operations by responding to all issues assigned to him/her Documents and maintains all process flows (e.g. Business Process Description), scripts and procedures (e.g. Business Process Procedure) following a given standard format.
Must have skills:
- Capabilities to lead and drive topics and resources
- Team player who can work well within the departmental team and cross-functional teams for the benefit of the business
- Autonomous & proactive attitude
- Good understanding of Controlling business processes & requirement
