Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Windchill Configuration Engineer with strong expertise in Windchill system and business administration. The candidate will be responsible for configuring, upgrading, and supporting Windchill environments, including workflow and lifecycle management, user support, and CAD worker administration. Experience with Windchill 13 upgrade activities is essential.

Perform Windchill system and business administration activities.
Lead and support Windchill upgrade to version 13.
Configure and maintain workflows and lifecycle templates.
Handle Windchill configuration changes based on business requirements.
Resolve user-reported issues and provide functional support.
Set up, configure, and maintain CAD Workers.
Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with best practices.
Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams during upgrades and changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must have skills:

Strong understanding of Windchill system and business administration.
Hands-on experience in Windchill upgrade projects, preferably to version 13.
Experience in workflow and lifecycle configuration and modification.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
Experience in CAD Worker setup and administration.
Good understanding of Windchill configuration management and environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
