Roles & Responsibilities:

Application Support & Incident Handling

• Act as point of contact for end-user issues and queries in eQMS/EHS applications like ETQ/  Enablon.

• Prioritize and track incidents/service requests.

• Perform initial troubleshooting and resolution for basic issues in eQMS/EHS applications like ETQ/ Enablon.

• Escalate complex technical issues to next level.

• Follow SLA and incident management processes.

Basic Technical Support

• Assist in configuration changes under supervision of Architect.

• Support data uploads, corrections, and validation activities.

• Perform system smoke testing after deployments or fixes.

Documentation & Process Management

• Update ticketing systems with proper resolution details.

• Maintain trackers for deliverables and project milestones.

Operational Support

• Handle important non-technical operational tasks.

• Support report generation and data reconciliation activities in eQMS/EHS applications like ETQ/ Enablon.

Technical Knowledge

• Well versed with MS Office applications (MS Word/ MS Excel/).

• Basic understanding of Applications/ Architecture / UI / Databases / Business Rules.

• Understanding about SAAS, PAAS, IAAS.

• Knowledge of scripting / RPA would be an added advantage.

• Aware of Jira and ServiceNow or other similar applications.
