Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Act as the primary contact for technical questions, offering assistance and communicating with business users. 
• Application Support & Enhancement: Provide L1/L2 support for Enablon, troubleshooting bugs, performance bottlenecks, and environmental issues.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve application issues reported by users; perform root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent re-occurrence.
• System Configuration: Use Enablon Builder to design and configure forms, fields, workflows, and access rights management.
• Data Management & Integrations: Perform data imports/exports and maintain integrations between Enablon and other enterprise systems using APIs.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical design documents, user manuals, and knowledge base articles.

Must Have Skills:

• Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on experience with the Enablon Software Platform.
• Enablon Expertise: Proven experience in Enablon Builder, Shared Functions, and EHS modules (Incident Management, Risk, Audit).
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex application issues.
• Technical Skills: Strong SQL skills for database queries, validation, and performance tuning.

• Scripting: Familiarity with NABSIC (Enablon's proprietary language), JavaScript, or C#.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) processes and reports (like OSHA reports)
• Training: Hands-on experience with creating training materials using Pendo.
• Well versed with Jira and ServiceNow or other similar applications.
