Designation: Lead UX Designer

Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Be a part of Digital Product portfolio and execute towards Digital Transformational initiatives. Hands on UX lead developer expertise in creative designs and solution use cases on cloud and mobile environments.
  • Drive communication and consistently report accurate product scenarios for stakeholders. Work as a creative engineer in development using UX frameworks and latest technologies. Drive Engineering activities in Cloud based Architecture by leveraging domain knowledge.
  • Able to lead a team of engineers on technical and product design issues involving styling, library creation. (80% self-work and 20% influencing scrum engineers). Balance time on development projects including Technical Design, Reviews, Mentoring, and training. Able to break down requirements and build user flows and traceability in design and implementation details. Work with agile PODs to define and closely monitor development milestones.
  • Ability to interface with customers, partners, business stakeholders on escalations and maintain products. Effectively collaborate with multiple Product managers across OPCO to identify functional, system and end to end integration of products leading to deployment.

Must Have Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree equivalent with strong methodology and tools. 8+ years working Experience in creative designs, Ability to realize efficiency and simplify end user demands
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive documents covering functional and non-functional user journeys. Experience of working in software development teams who develop UI workflows.
  •  Strong Understanding of fundamental concepts: Computing System Design to optimize for performance and usability.
  • Thinker and leader who can handle ambiguity, ownership and value gaps with an ability to resolve deficiencies.
