Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, team empowerment, and transparency.
- Lead Agile ceremonies across multiple teams (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
- Partner with Product and Engineering to improve backlog readiness, sprint commitment quality, and release outcomes.
- Design, build, and maintain Jira dashboards for sprint health, release readiness, dependency tracking, and risk visibility.
- Analyze delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, lead time, spillover, defect leakage) to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.
Must Have Skills:
- Hands-on expertise in Jira dashboard creation and advanced JQL.
- Excellent people, stakeholder, project coordination skills and strong communication and presentation skills.
- Track and visualize dependencies, blockers, and delivery risks; proactively drive resolution.
