Position Overview:

The ICS Sr. Financial Analyst is a key member of the ICS finance team, partnering with and supporting the ICS Controller. This role is primarily a tactical leadership position, with key pillars of activity that include definition, deployment and management of ICS’s and VWS’s annual operating plan; balance-sheet assessment and management; operations support, driving continuous improvement in Finance and related business processes; and being a cross-functional business partner to the ICS team. The role requires an action-oriented finance leader with a track record of supporting business outperformance and continuous improvement as a finance leader. The ideal candidate will bring a balanced background covering FP&A and operational finance experience from a manufacturing/industrial environment.  Additionally, the role requires a leader with the ability to change altitude as needed to drive strategic initiatives as well as tactical needs.



  • Serve as member of the ICS finance team and cross-functional business partner, primarily with the manufacturing/operations organization
  • Supports annual AOP and monthly forecasts, including Sales, EBIT, working capital, and working capital metrics
  • Preparation of DPLAN reporting and analysis, including price/cost inflation, Risk & Opportunities, Booking/Backlog, KPI’s, and uploading AOP, Forecast, and Strategic Plan data to LongView system
  • Coordinate and preparation of Weekly Sales forecast and reporting
  • Fixed assets management. Support project team with project cost and ROI. Prepare capital expenditure proposals for various aspects of ICS and monitor the investment performance against the proposal
  • Ensure effective processes are in place
  • Supports inventory costing and management. Ensures appropriate inventory quantities are maintained, identifying obsolete inventory, analyzing labor, materials, and overhead costs, and periodic review of standard costs. Support standard cost development
  • Analyze operations to identify trends in the business; recommend and implement specific corrective actions when warranted; Oversee Costing ad Inventory functions
  • Assist month-end closing and ad-hoc projects



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline
  • CPA,CMA, and/or MBA preferred
  • Strong cost accounting background is essential 
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
