Analyst - Pricing

Position:- Pricing Specialist – MI Global Pricing

What you have to do:-

- Discount execution (80%)

• Works under the direction of the Pricing & Analysis FP&A Senior manager to fill, update and maintain SAP tables to execute discount escalation.
• Implement new business rules including NPI, zones and customer class specific ones, given business partners input.
• Update net pricing rules and margin threshold rules on a regular basis, according to the pricing and cost update calendars.
• Collaborate with ITC function to drive seamless execution of the discount procedures in the system. This includes the production of desktop procedures and log files.
• Where necessary, support the implementation of new and renewed frame agreement with strategic customers, implement in the ERP special prices and specifically formatted price list for Sales & Customer needs.
• Collect discount matrix approvals as per tax model requirement.
• Participate in the development and improvement of internally developed escalation toolю
• Work on continuous improvement project, including standardization across the regions.

 - Business Intelligence (20%)

• Collect and organize reporting on escalation process KPIs (effectiveness and efficiency).
• Actively design and maintain reports upon dataset creation.
• Provide analysis on a regular and ad hoc basis on discount changes leveraging capture rate reports.
• Maintain pricing condition masterdata in collaboration with the rest of the pricing team.

What you needs to have:-

• Strong analytical skills, combined with good business acumen in B2B environment.
• Expert in Excel, good command of SAP SD and similar tools.
• Good understanding of BI or similar tools on data visualization
• Fluent in English
• Good communication & collaboration skills.
• Strong discipline and work ethics.
