Service Planner

Key Roles Planning Team:

  • Responsible for efficiently coordinating with service technicians to meet customer’s needs.
  • Manage and maintain Service Backlog.
  • Process Services for Install Base including Preventive Maintenance /Breakfix and any further support.
  • Maintain Field Service Technicians planning board to optimize resource efficiency, availability and customer responsiveness.
  • Perform duties related to invoice collection; credit validation, obtaining purchase orders and prompt invoicing of completed service notifications.
  • Determine service stock availability and process advance shipments of service parts.
  • Prepare and send quotations whenever required.
  • Manage and communicate with customers, sales/service teams, and management, while adhering to all field service planning and operational requirements of the position.
  • Coordinated logistics and supply chain to ensure timely delivery, improving order fulfilment rates.
  • Service single point of contact for a defined geographical territory for work flow compliance, customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Track and manage information and data with attention to detail and accuracy including prioritizing activities and completing time-sensitive tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications (including Word and Excel) and  SAP. 
  • Responsible for NPS/CSAT metrics for customers and partners.
