The Role

 

As a Recruiter, you will work closely with the hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create and manage effective sourcing strategies and materials, offer suggestions and data on the market with the overall attract top talent work with the Markem  Image mission in a fast-expanding team.

 

What you will do:

  • Partner with hiring managers to formulate effective sourcing strategies
  • Directly source top talent using recruiting tools and job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant job portals for the respective South Asia countries Talent Acquisition activities
  • Management of applications and improvements to our recruiting platform (Lever)
  • Create inspiring content for our paid recruiting channels and manage them to ensure full effectiveness
  • Research and propose new channels and trends to attract top talent
  • Conduct market research to provide data for many different global markets that we operate in or plans to enter
  • Support with ideas, strategies and coordination for the Talent Acquisition team and Careers branding improvements
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process and maintaining a positive brand image of Company
  • Assist with various special projects and duties as needed
  • Other duties may be assigned

                                                                                                                  

What you need to have:

  • Degree qualified, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, detail oriented
  • Minimum 8-10 years of resourcing/ researching experience on a regional front  majorly for commercial  role
  • Experience in using Success Factors or other ATS.
  • Proven track records in headhunting and pipeline building to achieve improved Time to Fill
  • Ability in multi-tasking and adjust well to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Centric with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
