Position Summary

Acting as supervisor for the Sales Support team for both systems and parts, ensuring delivery of “best in class” pre- and post-sales services and support to our customers.

 

This is a key role in bringing the voice of the customer into the factory and organization of Bladel.

Consideration for meeting the needs of the customer remains central in our operations activity.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate to select, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of the function
  • Ensure that customer orders are properly and timely entered in system and followed up.
  • Liaises between customers and manufacturing, sales, order processing and accounting to resolve status, production, delivery and billing inquiries.
  • Support our RSD and RSM with information required.
  • Control pricing on all orders and together with product managers keep control of the margin of our products.
  • Take lead in EPR process.
  • Daily control, analyze and send out reports that shows the company performance and take actions based on this.
  • Close work with finance to ensure that reports and results are aligned, especially for SOP.
  • Participate in forecasting and planning of our products.
  • Ensure that the company compliance policy is followed and work with compliance team to constantly develop rules and processes.
  • Work with product and program managers to ensure that requests of new option/products/parts are implemented timely and adequately.
  • Identify opportunities for service delivery improvements and value add to the customer/clients.
  • Be involved in projects that cover Sales Support department

 

 

 

 

 

Profile - Knowledge

  • Bachelor in Commercial Economics, Trade and Commerce or equivalent with at least 3 years’ experience in Customer Service.
  • Excellent working knowledge and ability to use office automation software including, but not limited to Microsoft Office. 
  • Thorough working knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Good insights of how Operations works and drive continuous improvement to be able to meet and succeed our customer’s needs. 
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English (written & spoken). A third language preferred; e.g. German or French.
  • Team lead experience of at least 2 years.
  • Experience working with productivity and methodology tools that increase departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
