Main activities / Responsabilities:

Define and manage the portfolio of Continuous InkJet  (CIJ) products with a focus on customer applications knowledge sharing.

Partner with our development teams to jointly define and articulate short and long-term product road-map and priorities based on market and the customer needs.

Drive the CIJ Product Marketing team to provide functional requirements as part of New Product Developments and Business Opportunity Process. Develop and Promote robust Business Cases for Initiatives.

Drive strategic alignment between CIJ Products, related Services, Sales and After Sales.

Grow and evolve Markem-Imaje CIJ core value-based positioning, pricing and messaging strategies across current and new product lines.

Build strong programs that deliver robust sales tools, drive impactful sales enablement including competitive landscape throughout the sales cycle and across different distribution channels.

Enable Sales and Business Development teams with consistent sales training on our product lines, including competitive positioning and key use cases.

Create and coach the team to create impactful product launches to grow both new sales opportunities and accelerate product adoption across existing customers.

Promote the product line / drive sales / drive Regional Marketing teams – create mutual accountability.

 

 Experience & General Skills:

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing or related discipline.

 significant  experience in Product Marketing in an industrial B2B environment with significant after sales business.

Coaching and influencing skills.

Ability to lead and work within cross functional teams or projects.

Strong analytical skills, business and financial understanding.

Great storyteller with excellent written & presentation skills.

English is a must and French would be an advantage.

Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
