Your Role

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our LNG and CNG systems across Europe. You will act as the key contact for customers, service partners, and internal teams — monitoring installations remotely, coordinating field service activities, and ensuring smooth technical communication.

Your analytical thinking and proactive mindset will help maintain optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for technical support outside standard office hours (second-level support).
• Monitor approximately 25 LNG installations remotely — tracking process parameters, alarms, and performance data.
• Conduct remote diagnostics and proactive system checks to identify potential issues early.
• Coordinate field service visits and manage communication with technicians and subcontractors.
• Support customers and partners in troubleshooting and provide follow-up documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, R&D, and Project Management to ensure efficient problem-solving.
• Prepare and update service manuals, maintenance guides, and reports.
• Provide feedback to improve internal processes and contribute to service quality initiatives.
• Be available for on-call support approximately once per month (evenings / weekends).

Your Profile

• Technial background (e.g. electrical, mechanical, mechatronics or comparable).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings — or willingness to learn.
• Experience or interest in altecrnative fuels (LNG, CNG, Hydrogen).
• Fluent in English and Dutch (written & spoken).
• Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and structured working style.
• Proficiency in MS Office / digital service tools (e.g. ticket or monitoring software).
• Hands-on attitude and high sense of accountability.
