POSITION TITLE: HR Systems Administrator – HUMAN RESOURCES
REPORTING TO: Senior Lead, Human Resources
LOCATION: Cebu, Philippines
Summary Description:
The Human Resources Systems Administrator maintains, and generates reports for an HR information system including processing employee information and maintaining employee records in the HRIS, preparing statistical summaries and special reports from HRIS involving skills, pay grade, performance data, payroll information, and other employee records, ensuring the accuracy of HR information entered into the system and testing new features of the system as they are implemented to verify accuracy of HR procedures.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HR Manager and HR Business Partner and other stakeholders to determine HRIS needs.
- Analyze HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issues.
- Create user accounts, manage access, and update employee information.
- Perform system upgrades, as well as providing training and technical support in collaboration with the Dover Corp. HRIS Manager.
- Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
- Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests.
- Maintain databases, analyze data, ensure data integrity, and running queries.
- Record and securely store HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data.
- Audit HR processes and documents, including payroll administration, staff turnover, hiring, and termination of service, when required.
- Tracking and implementing technological advancements in the field of HRIS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Psychology or Human Resources or related field
- At least three (3) years of relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of employment & labor law, benefits programs and the respective laws that apply.
- Clear communication skills with ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with individuals at all levels within the organization
- Strong project management expertise with ability to support multiple projects effectively
- Excellent computer skills with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with great attention to detail and focus on data integrity management processes, high proficiency in reporting and data analysis
- Ability to use critical thinking and multi-task
- Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced high-energy environment.

- High level of customer focus and ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment

- Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative
