Intern, Administration and Finance

SUMMARY:

The Administration and Finance Intern is responsible for delivering timely and quality administrative services.
This is an exciting opportunity to be immersed in a global shared services industry!

• Must be in the process of completing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or in Accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Has effective written and verbal communication skills -Has strong time management skills with the flexibility to work on assigned tasks -Must be a team player and motivated to learn and take on new challenges
• Has keen eyes for details
• Vendor management - receives invoices, submit to OCR, update invoice tracker, other vendor concerns
• Filing system - assist in the enhancement of filing system
• Accounting tasks - assist in reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Admin tasks - submit documents to government offices and other ad hoc tasks
